Star Sheriff Round Up: Saber Rider recalls how he, April, Colt and Fireball met and became the dynamic frontier fighting team: Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs. Saber Rider arrives on Planet Yuma for his assignment to the special project, Ramrod, which is being led by April. He discovers that the Outrider, Vanquo, is plotting to undermine Ramrod, and, with the help of Fireball and Colt, who are on Yuma pursuing their own interests, Saber Rider defeats the Outriders and their gigantic battle machine, Renegade. With April's encouragement, the group decides to stay together to help tame the new frontier.
Little Hombre: While on patrol on Planet Pecos, the Star Sheriffs meet a father and son, Farmer and Little Hombre, who by choice live alone on an isolated homestead. The Sheriffs are called away to help the Frontier Outpost and, during their absence, the Outriders, led by Viperon, arrive seeking Farmer's help. Fireballs timely return frightens away the Outriders, but not before they kidnap Little Hombre. Farmer defeats Viperon and saves his son, while the Star Sheriffs win the battle against the Outriders. After his encounter with the Star Sheriffs, Farmer realises that he must stop isolating himself and his son and leaves his homestead to return to the real world.
