1942 Classic Harley Davidson: Mark Evans' challenge is to reconstruct a classic 1942 Harley Davidson, the most reliable motorcycle of the war years. Mark's workshop challenge centres around rebuilding a classic WLC model, which requires a complete restoration. During the course of filming, the team discovered the bike was also a movie star, appearing alongside Madonna in the film 'Evita'.
1970 Triumph Bonneville T120R: Mark restores a 1970 Triumph Bonneville T120R. Despite being a British marque, it was built for the American market and dispatched to the Triumph Corporation in Baltimore. Now, it's the focus of Mark Evans' second self-build challenge. Affectionately labeled the 'Bonnie', Mark's motorcycle was found in a condition best described as 'tired'. Can he complete a perfect restoration?
2 Seater 3 Wheel Custom Trike: Mark's bike challenge is to rebuild a two seater, three wheeled trike using the rear axle from a VW Beetle. Power is supplied courtesy of an 1800 VW engine and it is capable of cruising at 77mph. Mark dresses the trike in stainless steel and its red fibreglass body is treated to a trendy airbrush job.
